Short answers

Website approval without version confusion.

What is website screenshot approval?

It records desktop and mobile captures of named public pages, ties a client decision to that captured version, and keeps the manifest hash with the receipt.

Does the client need an account?

No. An invited owner creates a private review link. The client opens it in a browser and approves or requests changes page by page.

What happens after the website changes?

Run a new capture. Pages whose evidence remains unchanged keep their earlier approval; changed pages require a new decision.

Is this a live website feedback or annotation tool?

No. Capture Signoff does not provide pinned comments, a Kanban board, login-page capture, or legal certification. It focuses on screenshot-version approval at handoff.

Invite-only validation

Persistent client receipts are live for controlled pilots.

The pilot stores submitted public URLs, private screenshots, manifests, and page decisions for up to 30 days. It does not capture logged-in pages, provide legal signatures, run scheduled monitoring, or offer a paid plan. The single-URL tool above remains a separate quick proof.
